Crunchy Cream Holiday Parfait

150 g meringues bowls
2 organic lemons
150 g Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream
4 dl cream


  1. Coarsely crumble the meringue bowls into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, mix. Whip cream until stiff, fold in carefully.

  2. Squeeze the lemon juice, stir 4 tablespoons of it into the crunchy cream.

  3. Put 1/4 of the meringue mixture into a chrome steel container, smooth it down. Spread 1/3 of the Crunchy Cream mixture in portions on top, pull through lightly with a fork. Repeat the process and cover with the remaining meringue mixture. Cover the mould with foil.

  4. Freezing: approx. 4 hours.
