Crunchy Cream Holiday Parfait
The recipe for holidays: A mix of fine meringue, refreshing lemon and crunchy Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream combined in a glacé… not only sounds delicious, but it actually is. Make every day a celebration, because today you're sure to have something to celebrate too.

|150 g||meringues bowls|
|150 g||Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream|
Coarsely crumble the meringue bowls into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, mix. Whip cream until stiff, fold in carefully.
Squeeze the lemon juice, stir 4 tablespoons of it into the crunchy cream.
Put 1/4 of the meringue mixture into a chrome steel container, smooth it down. Spread 1/3 of the Crunchy Cream mixture in portions on top, pull through lightly with a fork. Repeat the process and cover with the remaining meringue mixture. Cover the mould with foil.
Freezing: approx. 4 hours.
