Ovomaltine Crunchy Crêpes

|30 g||Caotina powder|
|30 g||butter, melted|
|200 g||Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream|
|500 g||berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)|
Mix flour, salt and Caotina powder in a bowl and then form a hollow in the middle.
Place eggs, water, milk and melted butter in a measuring cup. Mix the ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then pour the liquid into the bowl while stirring and mix the dough to a smooth mixture.
Let the dough rest covered for about 20 minutes.
Heat a little butter in a pan over medium heat. Place a ladle of dough in the pan until the bottom of the pan is completely covered. When the bottom of the crêpes is baked and can be easily removed, turn the crêpes and finish baking from the other side. Stack the finished crêpes on a plate.
Spread the crêpes with Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream and fill with fresh berries. Quark goes well with them.
