Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream Ice-cream Stick

|2.5 dl||whole milk|
|200 g||greek yoghurt, natural|
|2 tablespoon||icing sugar|
|150 g||Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream|
|80 g||crushed hazelnuts|
In a bowl mix whole milk, yoghurt and icing sugar.
Melt the Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream in a water bath.
Spread the crunchy cream on the individual ice cream moulds and then pour the milk and yoghurt mixture over them, leaving a little space at the top. Mix the Crunchy Cream and the yoghurt mixture well with a stick to create a marble pattern in the ice cream containers. Then cover the ice cream mould and let it freeze for about 1 hour.
Remove the ice cream mould from the freezer. Spread the hazelnuts on the surface of the ice cream moulds and press down lightly.
Insert the ice-cream sticks, cover the mould and freeze for another 4 hours in the freezer.
To get the ice cream stick out of the mould, hold it under warm running water for 10 seconds and then pull it out. Enjoy immediately.
